Why Nigeria, why now
Policy ambition meets a preparation bottleneck
Nigeria is Africa’s most populous nation and a continental energy hub — with Guinea forests, mangrove deltas, vast agricultural belts and exceptional solar, hydro and biomass potential — while facing flooding, desertification, coastal erosion and energy poverty.
National climate commitments, the Energy Transition Plan and growing green-finance interest are rising. What is missing are bankable, safeguarded, community-consented projects. That is GreenTech’s space.
